ABOUT ME
NICK MYERS (b. 1987) is an award winning composer, orchestrator, producer, and a 2012 graduate of NYU’s Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program. His work has been performed in concert halls all over the country including Carnegie Hall. On the theatre side, Nick finished up assisting composer Tom Kitt on the Broadway production of IF/THEN. Some of his other credits include BRING IT ON, TRACES and GRACE which led him to do his first solo producing project, THE TIN. Other than producing, Nick has several writing projects in the works including three musicals and several choral work commissions. His music was recently heard in the Healthy Oyster Collective's production of IF THE SAINTS ARRIVE IN GERMANY. Nick was honored as a 2012-2013 Dramatist Guild Fellow with his writing partner, Sarah Hirsch, with their pieces THE AMERICAN WAY and BECOMING DAVID. He is currently the organist and music director of St. Nicholas of Tolentine in Atlantic City, NJ and is on staff restoring the largest instrument on Earth, the Midmer-Losh pipe organ in Boardwalk Hall.
